Head of Marketing (m/f/d)
We are seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to oversee and elevate our marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company’s mission and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring effective execution across all channels.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C) to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and seasonal promotions.
Oversee promotional strategies for delivery platforms (e.g., UberEats, Wolt), ensuring high visibility and competitiveness.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Oversight
Develop and maintain a detailed marketing roadmap to track campaigns, initiatives, and key tasks.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions while managing deadlines and budgets.
Oversee content creation for digital and social media, including creatives, captions, and engagement strategies.
Oversee all aspects of paid advertising with a strong focus on platforms such as Meta and Google
Working closely with the performance marketing team to optimize ROI.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Supervise external agencies and partners involved in social media management, paid ads and influencer collaborations.
Manage social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and audience engagement.
Optimize partnerships and collaborations to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
Budget & Performance Management
Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Prepare and present monthly reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct market research and analyze data to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with strategy, culinary, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
Foster relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to expand brand reach and impact.
Requirements
Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
Proven track record of managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ideally in the food, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
8+ years of experience in marketing management, campaign execution, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing.
Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication, and project management skills.
A highly engaged, hands-on mentality with a proactive and forward-thinking mindset.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Passion for food trends, marketing strategy, and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with growth strategies on delivery platforms like UberEats, Wolt, etc.
Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and performance reporting.
Familiarity with creative content development for digital and social media campaigns.
